Cancellation Policy

Squad SPArty Cancellation & Payment Policy: Payment for all participants is required for the Squad SPArty experience. The host may choose to pay for the entire group in one transaction via Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay, or may choose to reserve the event as the host and have participants pay individually. When choosing individual payments, the host assumes responsibility for providing Pamper Pouch payment information to all anticipated participants and ensuring payment is submitted prior to or at the time of the scheduled event. Each individual payment should include the host name and event date/time in the payment notation to ensure it is credited to the correct Squad SPArty. Only participants for whom payment has been received will be eligible to participate in the spa experience. The host is responsible for communicating payment requirements to all guests prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of all payments made. Events canceled with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for a rescheduled date, subject to Pamper Pouch availability. Failure to attend the scheduled event without prior notice will be considered a no-show and payment will be forfeited. Specific spa stations and activities may vary based on the age, size, and needs of the group to ensure a safe, age-appropriate, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
